dub beautiful will be starting a new event series in conjuction with our =
friends at ambient airlines called ~confluence~ this April. the first =
event was sold out in a matter of days after word leaked out that the =
tickets were available. ~confluence~ is a very intimate event with a =
maximum attendance of 50 people. we anticipate hosting a confluence =
event every other month during the nice-weather-season. information is =
at http://www.dub-beautiful.org/confluence
though ~confluence~ is sold out, you will be able to see the event's =
headliner, Aes Dana from Lyon France two weeks later, on the weekend of =
April 24. we're not sure who will be throwing this event - it may be a =
collaboration between dub beautiful & ambient airlines. when we have =
this info, we will notify you right away... Aes Dana is Vincent Villius =
the co-head of Ultimae Records, the premiere ambient-trance label.
we're still trying to suss out the details for the first sleep concert, =
_dreamspace_. we may be looking at a may date for this special event.

Recent Additions:
Third Eye Tribe - Jacob Cino from Vancouver, British Columbia, Cananda =
has been making a variety of electronic music for years. His output =
includes Jungle, Breaks, Ragga, Downbeat, and Techno. We've included =
five of his tracks. For years, one of my favorites has been One World. =

Ultimae Records - Vincent and Sunbeam run a truly brilliant label from =
Lyon, France. The Ultimae sound is best described as downtempo ethereal =
trance. They've given us carte blanch=E9 access to their catalogue, =
which includes releases from Solar Fields, Aes Dana, and Carbon Based =
Lifeforms. Also, their acclaimed compilation series Fahrenheit Project, =
which in four releases includes tracks from Cell, Puff Dragon, Chi A.D., =
Vibrasphere, and many more. We included 21 tracks from their catalogue. =

Monotonik & Mono211 - We raided the Monotonik/211 netlabel catalogue =
again and found two incredible releases. Aleksi Virta meets Torsti at =
the Space Lounge is intergalactic lounge music from a self-proclaimed =
undercover interstellar space agent. Also grabbed two tracks from the =
latest Izmar release and a powerful & driving track from Ernesto =
Aeroflot track we had overlooked previously. Monotonik/Mono211 is at =

Walk Skip Run Glide & mcthfg - Christopher Wing is the mind behind both =
of these electro-acoustic ensembles. WSRG is ethno-electronic that =
features Wing on tabla, and several tracks have the amazing vocals from =
Sandhya Sanjana. mcthfg is Wing's newer project that takes the =
ethno-electronic concept and lays on a heavy funk edge. We added 9 =
tracks. No website is up at the current time.=20
Candyflip Records - ...was kind enough to send us their latest =
compilation, Mountain High Candyflip is a label that releases both =
psychedelic trance and psychedelic downtempo music from Greece. This is =
a concept-compilation that begins with slow driving tracks and ends with =
an incredible and fast crescendo - the top of the mountain. We included =
6 tracks from this album. Candyflip is available at =
